Arriving by car

Seething Control Tower Museum is approximately 9 miles south east of Norwich. There is ample free parking for bikes, cars and coaches.

From Norwich. Take the B1332 towards Bungay. Turn let half a mile south of Kirstead Green at the end of the by-pass, follow the brown sign for Seething Observatory.

From Bungay. Take the B1332 for Norwich. Turn right at the right hand junction almost opposite the disused pub (Hendham Mermaid). Turn right after two miles at crossroads and follow the sign for Thwaite (down Toad Lane).

Arriving by Air

The Museum is on the south side of Seething Airfield, a popular general aviation airfield. Aircraft arriving at Seething (EGSJ) should check their AIP and the airfield’s website for information.  Aircraft parking and the clubhouse is on the north side of the airfield. PPR. 

How much does it cost?

Admission to the Tower is FREE though we do ask for a donation to help keep this heritage site open for visitors.

Refreshments

The Museum Refreshment Room is situated on the first floor of the tower providing a panoramic view over the airfield. It offers a selection of  hot and cold drinks and homemade sweet and savoury snacks.

Access

Access to the first floor is via an internal staircase.

We do have baby changing facilities.
